About
SoMuchLosing is a weekly scoreboard of losing — a ranked digest of the week's most satisfying setbacks, reversals, and self-inflicted wounds. Each edition counts down anywhere from three to ten of them, ordered highest-schadenfreude-first, so the merely gratifying is up top and the genuinely spectacular is waiting at the bottom.
A fresh edition lands once a week. When a new one publishes it takes over the front page, and the ones before it slide into the archive, right where you left them — so you can catch up on a week you missed or go back and relive a particularly good one. Every item is a self-contained little story: a headline, the facts, and a punchline to land it.
None of it is made up. Every claim links straight to a primary source — the court filing, the roll-call vote, the poll itself — so you can check our work, or just forward the receipt to someone who won't believe you. This isn't Onion-style satire; we don't invent details for the joke. The comedy is in the delivery, not the facts. If a claim can't be sourced, it doesn't run.
That's the whole idea: a standing invitation to feel a little better about the news for five minutes a week. Come back next week. There will be more.
